New Steps We’re Taking In Age Of Coronavirus With CBS4’s Lisa Petrillo

CBS4’s Lisa Petrillo met up with our Corporate Executive Chef Dewey LoSasso in her backyard recently to discuss the impact Covid-19 has had on Bill Hansen Catering and the new steps we’re taking as a company.

“We have to pivot and do things differently. We are really doing micro dining. We’re dropping deliveries off contact-less, outside people’s homes. Normally we’re doing weddings or big celebrations. It’s where you dictate your experience with us now,” LoSasso said.
